Started setting up Shinobi (FOSS camera system) on my Linux home server with a Reolink Lumus Pro for testing.
Shinobi installed? Check
Lumus connected to WiFi? Check
Lumus settings changed to ONVIF? Check
Lumus connecting to Shinobi? Check
Lumus streaming to Shinobi? NoBut as with FOSS Linux stuff for me (I still regard myself as an enthusiastic amateur), getting it that far was a win.
I'll come back to the streaming issue next time...

I no longer have an Amazon account, but we've kept my late Dad's to pay for their Blink cameras on his house.
Just used that account in a one-off purchase for an ONVIF camera to use with Shinobi. Also started a free-trial period with Prime to have it delivered for nothing.
Of course, Prime instantly cancelled after dispatch and once Shinobi is working, Dad's Amazon will go too.
Mwah-ha-ha to you Bezos! (Er - despite you probably benefitting from it in the short-term.)

The latest #Shinobi 2.0 docker image fails to start because they declared a /home/Shinobi-volume … and put stuff in the container image into /home/Shinobi 🙃
