How do you spot a DNC shill or troll? I have an article I wrote years ago about that; I'm going to update it and post it here soon, probably tomorrow. But if anyone has any suggestions, I'm definitely eager to hear them.
Just to be clear on the terminology: A shill is someone who is paid by the DNC, a PAC, or a subgroup to be an online activist targeting progressives and leftists. A troll is a useful idiot who serves the same cause out of what I will laughingly call "conviction".
In either case their purpose is to sow discord and doubt on the left, encourage factionalism, and sheepdog as many people as they can into the DNC fold. If they can't corrupt or take over viable leftist/progressive groups online, they will do their best to shut them down.
They have decades of experience at this. I've been watching them do it for more than 30 years now. They have put hundreds of millions of dollars into attacking leftists online over that time. Apparently they have nothing better to do with their money.
I happen to have an excellent troll sense. It surprises even me. I can tell when someone is being disingenuous, and when a group or its leadership has been compromised by the DNC. I couldn't tell you how many groups I have either been banned from or have watched be destroyed by hostile DNC action.
Given that we are going to see a tsunami of DNC shills and trolls online in the coming months, it's a good idea to be aware of the telltale signs. Spotting a troll isn't usually difficult, once you know what they are likely to say.
But it's late, so I'll continue this tomorrow.

Massive tax cuts trump gave to the wealthiest Americans not only didn’t trickle down — it cost us nearly $2 trillion in tax revenue and is wiping out the middle class. In just a few short years, benefits of trump’s tax cuts will go entirely to the rich.
If the choice is cutting Social Security/Medicare, school lunch, and veteran benefits or billionaires getting a 5th home and a second private plane… choose repeal billionaire tax cuts and loopholes.

We just found someone who in the space of one day, pumped about 10 subliminal corporate messages, including for #mcDonalds (#junkFood), #parmalat, #Google, #antiResistance memes, #fastCars, #lego, #proUSA imperialism messages etc.
You have to wake up pretty early in the morning to catch us off-guard, dear #shill.
