A walk in light rain, towards a happier tomorrow. Noticed a tiny #PixieCupLichen growing at the edge of a parking lot, each cup less than a centimeter tall.

These are true turkey tails 😃 I have hundreds of them, happily growing in the backyard. Healthy ecosystems are good environments for fungi biodiversity 💚🪱🍄🌎

Home. While my dinner is cooking, I'm updating with more #BackyardFungi that I found growing, from earlier today 😀

Both of these were growing from hardwood, on an old chair.

I've since identified the bracket/shelf ones as a turkey tail lookalike, Trametes pubescens. https://ultimate-mushroom.com/inedible/155-trametes-pubescens.html

I have true turkey tails - tons of them - growing on multiple dead branches. A vid of more of them will be posted.

Found more yellow witches butter jelly fungi too.
