Sharon Tate would have been 80 yrs old today. I have been fascinated with her since I first read Helter Skelter and saw the Fearless Vampire Killers. I'm not sure who the photographer is of this beautiful pic of Sharon with a baby goat.

Eye of the Devil (originally titled 13), a very neglected 1966 British horror film. A kind of dry run for The Wicker Man. The resemblances are marked.

Both deal with paganism in the modern world. In both cases there are lots of disturbing sexual undercurrents.

Eye of the Devil is actually the better film. Features career-best performances by Sharon Tate and David Hemmings.
