Scrolling can feel heavy sometimes.
So I’m starting a little practice: noticing beauty and sharing it. ✨It can be anything—music, kindness, art, nature, or even something silly that made you smile.
The point is to spread #goodvibes and remind ourselves the world is more than noise. 🌈Here are my 3 for today
1. Stash "Christmas in Paris" herbal tea: I love lavender so this has peppermint, lavender, chocolate. The smell is heavenly and I love the taste!
2. Essential oil diffuser: using it RN to add a soothing ambiance to my home, doing grapefruit scent currently
3. Lemon butter couscous: I love couscous but find it very plain so adding herbes de Provence & lemon butter makes it so beautifully flavourfulWant to join in? Post your own list and tag me and use the tags
