For Chinese New Year, I am reading the New Years extra story in the back of Stars of Chaos 5 by Priest. #shaPoLang

Happy New Year!

A Chinese novel

Funny how people who can fly can be so afraid of falling.

Now they are lying on the grass looking up at the sky.
And I realize the mechanical man they find is the same one described in Stars of Chaos

Then they cut off Wen Kexing's sleeve for the literary homosexuality reference. And directly after the immortal berates them for flirting and tells them about purple gold that is the mcGuffin in #shapolang.
Wow!

And not five minutes later, the boy who is the McGuffin of this series is tortured

I've been reading Stars of Chaos (Sha Po Lang) by Priest, and I had heard that it was in the same universe as Word of Honor (天涯客) but it wasn't until last night that I realized that the Kites that they use in their steam punk military were shown in the first episode of the drama!

Oh! that's what they look like!

Also, the main characters of SPL come in as guests later in the show. Time for a rewatch.
