Someone showed me the #font Shantell Sans, and my first impression was really good, it passed my simple #Dyslexia test: I take a one-second-or-less glance at a full large paragraph and see if I got the core of what's being mentioned.
After a day of using it, so far it's pretty good. It fits well on a desktop UI, unlike OpenDyslexic, which needs to be used in its Alta variant to work.
So far I know of the following good specialized fonts for dyslexia and vision impairment #accessibility:
