Baron Shakesford gyrates in a sea of dry ice, while his sparking suit is lit by pink spotlights.
There's a country twang to the song, perhaps a sniff of "Hey Paula" from the 1960s, but Shakey buries it beneath his usual syrup. A shame: there's a great song we're not hearing.

Up on the gantry is Shakin' Stevens, "Blue Christmas" begins with Incantation leaving the stage, and continues with plenty of BBC snow... or is it the snowmen after they got into a fight with Mr. Maisonette?

#DaveEdmunds is one of the #Rocknroll and #Rockabilly godfathers. The #StrayCats and the #PoleCats are only a few acts he has produced in the early #80s.
But some of Dave's own songs undoubtly have the typical #ELO sound, thus I am not sure whether #JeffLynne was more in charge of producing than Dave himself. Sure, both are Welsh, just like #ShakinStevens.
