On observe en général, lors des problèmes d’estime de soi, une occupation du terrain de nos pensées par des ruminations moroses ou défaitistes. Des pensées négatives et floues, répétitives. À l’effet doucement délabrant, mais auxquelles on ne prête pas vraiment d’intérêt. Dont on ne s’échappe que par la distraction : lire, regarder la télé, pour emplir notre esprit d’autre chose, ou d’un vide, à tout prendre moins toxique.
