I find the image below and associated words very compelling and troubling. Years ago I worked in #Alaska doing construction and fish cannery labor. The entire time I was there I never saw an #indigenous person, at least that I can recall. Where I lived and worked was a land dominated, to the degree that Alaska can be dominated, by white people doing white people things.

I write this while living as a #SettlerColonialist on Kalapuya land, having inherited the situation from my forefathers.
