I'm at my wit's end and thought I'd ask the collective genius minds of the #fediverse.
I have a brand new #Windows #Server2019.
It has #IIS.
It's running a brand new #ASPdotNET application.
#WindowsDefender #Firewall is disabled by #GroupPolicy.
There is no #firewall intercepting or blocking traffic.
All attempts to access the website are failing. All traffic is being rejected with TCP-Reset.
servername.localdomain.com/ results in a TCP-RST packet.
No one has ever seen this before.
Does anybody have any ideas? -
