These two pieces of art were made in 2020 or 2021. It’s Seraphina, cradling her serial killer son, Clauson, after she attempted to kill him for his crimes.
She knocked him out with tea and was about to drive a knife into his heart and across his throat, but…
She just couldn’t do it. Despite his actions, he was her little baby. She would rather the courts imprison him than carry out his execution like they wanted.

Now, some fantasy with dragons: Seraphina, by Rachel Hartman.
It's a good not-so-battle fantasy with a slight different take on dragons. And the main character is a half dragon.
I had so much fun with this one years ago!! It's the first in a duology, but works perfectly as a standalone, as the second book explores more about the half-dragons, but it's not continuing the exact plot
