Let us never forget those who perished when we were attacked on 9/11/2001 – or the first responders and the nation that bonded together in response.
Today I am thinking of two 9/11 victims I knew personally: Nancy Morgenstern at One WTC and Mark Bingham on United Flight 93. Like Nancy and Mark, each of the 2,977 people killed that day had a story, and left loved ones.
Let’s remember them, and continue to resist the cycle of violence and hate.
