“Britain has used its major air base on Cyprus to move #sensitive #equipment without #scrutiny, declassified files show.

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) wrote in a formerly secret 1993 file that RAF Akrotiri plays a ‘key role in support of the Priority 1, Category A #intelligence and #communications effort’ on Cyprus.

It added that ‘this secure airhead enables MOD and OGD [other government departments] to move sensitive equipment to and from Cyprus secretly and without scrutiny’.”

I have a favourite green eyeliner that I haven’t been able to purchase for years. The Canadian site that I’ve previously purchased it from has failed to deliver the last 2 times I ordered it. They let me add to my cart but then eventually say it’s out of stock. You shouldn’t be able to add something that’s out of stock.

Waiting for a package from a different store to be delivered including 2 of my fave eyeliners. I’m sensitive + have to use natural products so tough to find.

It has been an odd day working from home. The fire alarm 🚨 went off several times. The fire department came 🚒 the first time and they figured it was a false alarm due to dust from ongoing work in the building. But it went off 2 more times after that. 🚨

I have a hard time with loud noises so put in my Loop Engage earplugs each time so I could still hear.

Still feeling discombobulated hours later.
