#Sensible désigne généralement la capacité à réagir à quelque chose : une pellicule photo est sensible à la lumière, une plante est sensible à l'humidité, un thermomètre est sensible à la température.
#Sentient désigne la capacité à vivre des expériences subjectives, à avoir des ressentis agréables ou désagréables.

Starting to believe some Labour right-wingers are so slavishly committed to mimicking the Tories that they've seen their kamikaze campaign tactic of sawing through the branch they're sitting on and thought, "Hmm, maybe we should saw through the branch we're sitting on too?".

🚨 Analyse des EuGH-Urteils zur Verarbeitung sensibler Daten! 🤔🔍 Thread:
EuGH stellt im Urteil vom 21. Dezember 2023 im Fall „Medizinischer Dienst der Krankenkassen Nordrhein“ (C-667/21) das bislang umstrittene Verhältnis zwischen Art. 6 und 9 DSGVO klar. Sohin muss zur Verarbeitung sensibler Daten neben einem Ausnahmetatbestand gemäß Art. 9 Abs. 2 auch eine Rechtsgrundlage nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 vorliegen.
