Das Bild wurde kurz vor dem ersten Flug nach dem Crash aufgenommen. Das Modell ist deutlich schneller als erwartet dennoch hat es tatsächlich einige Segeleigenschaften, die hier bei dem starken Hangwind und der passenden Thermik, gut zu tragen kamen. Ob das Modell sich in der Ebene, auch bei Thermik, dauerhaft oben hält bleibt abzuwarten. Der erste Flug, eine schnelle Platzrunde, zeigte deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial im Bereich der Fernsteuerung und der Mischer. Nachdem die Ruderausschläge korrigiert und verschiedene Mischer modifiziert wurden dauerte der zweite Flug dann circa 7 Minuten. Danach war ich erst einmal fertig ob der ganzen Konzentration und Aufmerksamkeit. #modellflug #thermik #sendit

Heute soll das neue 5 Zoll Fluggerät kommen und das Wochenende verspricht brauchbares Wetter. Nicht so gut, dass die Flächenkollegen alles belegen werden und ich vielleicht ein wenig über die Erdbeerrabatten, die Folientunnel und die abgebauten Folientunnelbögen heizen kann.
Nach dieser Woche (und vor der kommenden Woche) wird das Schreien der 5 Zoll Dreiflügler sicherlich gut tun. #fpv #sendit #uav -

Ripped it! Just a few seconds before the start. She's flying awesome with the 850mAh 4S pack. She even survived the first hard crash (like really hard) - which was my fault. The model finder ripped off - after that I flew relaxed 2nd pack. Love it, she's wonderful!
I still have some jello which seem to be caused by the proximity - ah, and there are some resonances which require some PID tuning. Besides that, everything fine. -
She's looking good! The props will change to a friendly black transparent to give a a more harmonic look.

The sound people reading this probably caught on right here.
Condenser type mics need phantom power to operate. Dynamic mics do not - they just convert sound into electricity using a fixed magnet and a moving wire coil attached to the diaphragm.
The typical phantom power is 48 volts, and these transmitters will provide it if you enable it in the menu... assuming the inductor hasn't fallen off!
With the boost converter circuit broken, the transmitter works fine on a dynamic mic anyway #SendIt
