DAY 95 My baguettes got the approval of the French guy which I take to heart. I still need to practice on piping the cream on semlor but I think I saw that we are making around 8000 of them the coming days I’m sure I’ll get plenty of practice. It’s a little mundane, same everyday thing but if I’m more active and ask for things to try I’m sure they’ll let me. #Baking #BakerySchool #BecomingABaker #Semla

DAY 85 Last day done and dusted. Made some nice semlor, I don’t normally like the almond fillings in semlor but I liked these. Not really ready for more work experience. Being new again, hoping to fit in, hoping people are nice and all that. I might be twice the age of many of the others and that’s always rough. I'd be really interested to get feedback from people regarding the accessibility of it. Is there anything that isn't great and could be improved?
