Two years ago, I started compiling my nude self-portraits into square sets of four. This creates a little story and allows different poses to be taken in at a glance. I really enjoy doing this. I hope you do too. I’ll ‘kick off’ with a story about the madness in my head, which is growing ever stronger in these times.

Oft ist das, was ich nach außen zeige nur ein unscharfes Abbild meiner selbst. Die Gründe dafür sind ebenso verschwommen.
Mit dem Thema #Unschärfe der Woche 17 von Norberts #52WochenFotoChallenge hatte ich mal wieder so meine Probleme. Viele Versuche führten nur zu unzufriedenstellenden Ergebnissen. Gut, dass ich auch mal wieder ein paar Selbstportraits gemacht habe, wobei ich auch das Thema im Kopf hatte.

Sometimes I think, if I disappeared, most people probably wouldn't even notice for a long time. I am like a living shadow. Shortly after it has faded, you can no longer be sure whether it was ever there at all. Maybe I should step out of the existing frame. That might change the complete picture.
