    #Devops challenge for the day:

    Stop the Junior engineer who walks into every #Deployment meeting without his #localenv setup , and then #selfdeprecates himself repeatedly in EVERY meeting I have with him, (I suck, I am an idiot), which just wears me the fuck down.

    How do I fix this fuggin guy?
