Yesterday I spent about 4 hours for my #Kyokushin #Karate exam at #Seishin #Dojo
Wednesday I'll have to do the #kumite part (6 fights of 2 mins each).
If all goes well I'll earn my 4th Kyu belt. 💪PS: I'm all the way in the back, second row on the left
