Seefeel - Sol.Hz
This has been called Seefeel's "Dub" album, but, well, I dunno...it seems to be solidly within what you'd expect of Seefeel.
That is, washes of processed guitars, perhaps, or synths, with a melody sometimes developing, or sometimes not, but always shimmering and moving.

The mood is #IndigoMatik, “Indigo” from Rhythm Science (2004)
Rhythm Science is a print and audio project by Paul D. Miller aka DJ Spooky that Subliminal kid (as it states right there on the cover), who penned a slim volume, a kind of manifesto/wordscape for electronic music production via #DJ sample culture, and assembled an accompanying CD compilation of tracks full of sounds from the archive of Belgian label #SubRosa that traverses that territory.
The track that first got my attention was a spoken word piece by #PattiSmith over electronic washes of sound. There are also some atmospheric cut-and-paste sample-fests that you’d associate with #DJSpooky. Prominent names such as #BillLaswell and #LeeRenaldo of Sonic Youth appear here, and others I would call ‘genre-famous’ like #Oval and #Seefeel - and a piece by #Debussy with warm crackly vinyl noise, tying it in with the #turntablism theme.
This track by Matik bubbles with suggestions of #dub, feels like #ambient but pulses with rhythm and features repeated melodic phrases, flirts with #ElectronicGlitch but rides on an undercurrent that remains smooth.

Seefeel - Quique
Whole lotta loopin' going on.
Seefeel is a band that I somehow missed, but this 1993 debut is as good a place to start as any. Imagine distorted guitar washes, occasionally joined by other guitars, barely sketching out a melody, over a looped bassline, or synth, with a vocal peeking out ever so often.
As with a lot of music like this, the looping makes you hyper aware of an instrument suddenly peeking out, or vanishing, or changing a bit...

A buddy posts on another platform that #SeeFeel has a new EP out. It's on YT and other music places titled "Everything Squared" and is a shoe-gaze electronic soundscape near half hour of glory. This hits the spot for wrapping up a tough week and cleaning up before powering down the work laptop.
Not the exact line up from the mid 90's, but enough for a majority. Sounds great!
