I learned how to make a bootable USB drive in order to repair Emerson’s laptop. In other news, I better understand why my ex-husband, Fang, was so goddamn cranky all the time. I got very pissed off while doing this project and named a folder “fuckass bitch program”….

Madhya Pradesh News: ग्वालियर में विनीता चौबे ने अपनी विधवा बहू वर्षा की दूसरी शादी कर सामाजिक रूढ़ियों को चुनौती दी। स्वर्गीय हास्य कवि प्रदीप चौबे की पत्नी विनीता ने बेटी की तरह बहू की खुशी को प्राथमिकता दी। 11 मई को कानपुर के चेतन जैन से विवाह हुआ। इस कदम ने समाज में नई सोच को जन्म दिया। लोग उनकी इस पहल की सराहना कर रहे हैं।
विधवा पुनर्विवाह: सास ने निभाया मां का फर्ज
विनीता चौबे ने बेटे आभास के निधन के बाद बहू वर्षा की जिंदगी को नया रंग देने का फैसला किया। उन्होंने सामाजिक बंदिशों को दरकिनार कर वर्षा की खुशी को चुना। यह निर्णय आसान नहीं था। परिवार के समर्थन से उन्होंने बहू को नया जीवन दिया। समाज ने इस कदम को खूब सराहा। विनीता ने दिखाया कि रिश्ते दिल से निभाए जाते हैं।

विनीता चौबे ने कहा कि उनकी बहू बेटी से कम नहीं है। उन्होंने बताया कि अगर उनके पति प्रदीप चौबे जीवित होते, तो वे भी यही करते। विनीता ने समाज से अपील की कि विधवा पुनर्विवाह को स्वीकार किया जाए। उनका यह कदम दूसरों के लिए प्रेरणा बना। लोग उनकी हिम्मत और संवेदनशीलता की तारीफ कर रहे हैं।
सामाजिक रूढ़ियों पर प्रहार
विनीता का यह कदम विधवा पुनर्विवाह को बढ़ावा देने वाला है। हिंदू विधवा पुनर्विवाह अधिनियम 1856 ने विधवाओं को दूसरी शादी का अधिकार दिया था। फिर भी, समाज में रूढ़ियां बनी हुई हैं। विनीता ने इन रूढ़ियों को तोड़कर नई मिसाल कायम की। उनकी इस पहल से कई परिवार प्रेरित हो सकते हैं। यह कदम सामाजिक बदलाव की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण है।
कानूनी अधिकार और सामाजिक स्वीकृति
हिंदू उत्तराधिकार अधिनियम 1956 के अनुसार, विधवा को पति की संपत्ति में हिस्सा मिलता है। दूसरी शादी के बाद भी यह अधिकार बना रहता है। विनीता के कदम ने न केवल वर्षा की जिंदगी बदली, बल्कि समाज को भी जागरूक किया। उनकी पहल से विधवा पुनर्विवाह को सामाजिक स्वीकृति मिलने की उम्मीद बढ़ी है। इस बदलाव के लिए जागरूकता जरूरी है।
