My last PSU's fan had a bearing defect and occasionally made unbearable squeaky noise🙉 Then it went silent for months🤷‍♂️ The last time it made noise I finally placed this order. #LinusTechTips might have influenced my choice for #Seasonic to be honest.

Is the #atx12vo standard dead? It looks like no #ATX #PSUs or #mainboards come as real products for individual PC builders.

Since initial announcements of 12VO years I ago I’m waiting eagerly for PSUs and #mainboard|s. I don’t use dedicated PCIe GPUs and only have a few SSDs to power. I need a new #PSU soon but much less than 500W and all there is are beefy nearly 1000W PSUs.
