Usually, when people are talking about #SeasonalDepression they are talking about winter. But I find that, for me, it's also during summers that it hits me, but because of the whole #ClimateCrisis and the surrounding news, year after year. Wildfires, floods, heatwaves and the business as usual. The dissonance with what is happening around me with people going on holiday and the message to enjoy the summer.

Saying goodbye to winter always triggers depression, even in good times.
