So the #USAnians sent a "special envoy" to Greenland.

This is a #diplomatic faux pas to start with - #Greenland is an autonomous division of the #Danish kingdom, and so all diplomatic actions should (at least to start) be done by approaching Denmark, through the USA ambassador to Denmark. Bypassing that is Not Done. Extremely rude. Like, "drop your trousers and shit on the floor in front of the queen" #rude.

So that's bad enough.

But the *reason* for the envoy is to try to convince Greenland to #separate from #Denmark, and join the #USA. i.e. it's just another extension of the "We'll take Greenland" #bullshit the #insane #orange mental-defect-in-diapers was pushing a while back. This is, from a diplomatic standpoint, unspeakably rude. Unimaginably so. Simply unfathomable, except for the fact that the USA *elected* that #fascist #asshole to behave this way.

So the normal diplomatic response would be for the Danish PM to summon the USA #ambassador, and ask him for an explanation, and the ambassador would be expected to provide an #apology to some degree.

But given Trump's penchant for appointing his kind of c*cksuckers as ambassadors, and zero respect for any kind of #behavioural standards, the appropriate response here would be for the Danish PM to summon the USA ambassador, and then #stab him in the #face.

This year, Simon Prince, Professor of Computer Science at UCL, published a series of tutorials on ordinary differential equations (ODEs) and stochastic differential equations (SDEs) in machine learning for RBC Borealis. These are intended for readers with no background in these areas and require only basic calculus.

This concludes their treatment of ODEs. In the coming weeks, we will focus on SDEs. They will describe stochastic processes and SDEs, and show how to solve SDEs using either direct stochastic integration or Ito's lemma. They will introduce the Fokker-Planck equation, which transforms a stochastic differential equation into the PDE governing the evolving probability density of the solution. They also consider Andersen's theorem, which allows us to reverse the direction of SDEs.

Found an obscure #Linux #distro #side that appears to be unique. That is, makes its own toolchain, which is what crazy from #frugalware said defines a base distro. Side uses #pisi package manager, #sysvinit and features #LXDE based #SDE with #pekwm or #openbox window manager.

These odd little distros generally help #inxi find and handle corner cases it had missed. In this case didn't have pisi pm/SDE handled.

Wish I'd noticed side before inxi 3.3.37 went out but this always happens.
