And now for #Sculptober the theme #bewitched :

Kiss him, kiss him. It's a bewitched frog!

With real frogs as reference I sculpted this frog with #Blender and painted it. Maybe it's little too much ambient occlusion but I like the result.
I would like to print this creation with a 3D printer. Has anyone such a device?

Now a simpler #sculpt. But later one of my favorites is ready: a giraffe.
And because this was so time consuming, the #ghost had to be a fast creaation. But I also like it. Reminds me of the old Lego Ghost that glows in the dark. :)

And for those not yet knowing: This month I do the #inktober and the #sculptober together, so I create 2 art pieces each day. Hard but fun and a lot of experience gain.

The theme for yesterday in #sculptober was #donut .
So, little late but here are two fancy and tasty.

Which one do you prefer?

For Blender users: Yes, it's my 4th donut creation. With #sculpting after modeling and two times with geometry #nodes.

Now it's getting bright. Some flowers for #sculptober as #flourish .

I am not happy but I tried another approach with an ornament and it failed completely. Today I had problems with colors, contrast and to find a nice object to create.

So, always look on the bright side of life!

For sculpting the skull is like the line and box exercises for drawing. So, I took the challenge and made today's prompt. A skull.

I just looked at images of the famous book "Anatomy for Sculptors" and on the one side I am very happy with the results but I see where I can improve, for sure.

The #delicious prompt is nice. I thought about chocolate and other fruits but I decided to sculpt the apple. Just that.

"An apple a day keeps the doctor away."

For the first time I'm too late with a prompt. It's the #sculptober11 with #ashen .
Here is the head of Count Dracula of the animation movie Hotel Transilvania.

You know it?

It took so much time that I needed almost 2 days. But as you know I use this month to get into #sculpting and I'm happy how it developed. Heads are good exercises.

What is adorable? Little dogs, penguins, cats, ... yes, cats!
So here it is, my cute #adorable #cat !

I sculpted the head with a resource of stylized and real cats to get my own creation. For the render I chose a brighter approach, maybe the background could be a little darker. But I rendered 4 versions and picked this one.

You like it?

It's #beast time!
This is my own concept art and sculpt as you can see.

It was hard because my old laptop couldn't manage it and blender crashed about 20-40 times. I had to place lights blindly. But still I'm very happy with my new friend, the Beast! :)

As soon as I've the possibility to work on a better computer I'll redo this creation. Donate please. Hehe.

Today's prompt for #sculptober is #mask and in 2010 I had a challenge of creating different masks each day of a week. So, I didn't want to do a mask. But then I got the idea of these fun articles and I went with it.
Here it is!

I modeled the glasses, used the nose as an exercise for sculpting noses and sculpted the beard simple and like #Mario. I have to learn more about sculpting hear. But I learn so much things during this month.

Lucky. I thought of a mushroom, a shamrock or a pig. The last one won. :)
I made a concept combined two spheres and started sculpting. With my laptop that has no GPU it's hard to work with many vertices, so some texture stroke need about a minute to take place. But I don't complain. It's fun!

A lucky day or night for you!

Wow, Princess? Really?
I never sculpted a head, so it was a lot of work and I couldn't finish it yet. I stopped with the details and coloered a little, set the lighting and rendered it to show you the current state today.

What is she like? What cloths will she wear?

The #sculptober for today was #ghastly and definitly not my favorite. But the result is one of mine. I just started and it became a nice creation. I hope you also like it!
