For cleaning, I have a rotating brush and a rotating cleaning pad that fit on my Ryobi 18V drill. They do an amazing job of #scrubbing; the brush with the proper cleaning solution made my dinghy look brand new last spring. I just need to be careful on the red painted surface since that stays above the water and should have a nice waxed finish. I will use scrubbers for the above water portions of the transom, since they are difficult to work on when the boat is in the water. (2/2)

There used to be some free software that helped with scrubbing audio for animation.
(As in, see where each peak in the audio fell in each frame, usually 24 frames per second). I cant find it anymore (it had a bird name),and I also recall it had been not in development for a few years back in 2010. Yeah,a while ago.

My question is: is there an extension for VLC that fulfills this purpose? Maybe some other software?

I don't know what they're thinking - it's like they've removed rubber-banding from scrolling. Or finger-tracking pinch-to-zoom. The mind boggles!
