14 years ago I made up a record label in order to release 8 #songs by friends and family for the #holiday #season, I called it Mighty Kitten Records and the #album was Mighty Holidays. I hand-made the CDs, and #screenprinted the CD sleeves, recorded several of the artists myself on a four-track TASCAM portable studio, and if you're wondering what #music to put on while you make cookies or wrap #presents, this is clearly the answer

The first stuff I screen printed was onto linen (yes I don't know why I made things extra hard for myself). We made lampshades, cushions and tea towels.

And the first "range" I made (because I thought I had to make ranges) was called Cover Story. It was a design featuring trees, blowing leaves and a badger.

Sent out some lavender bags yesterday. These are hand printed onto fabric by me and then made up by Alice.

We don't sell a lot of them but I really love the pattern.

Here's my daily printmaking update.

We will be bringing some of these wooden harbour scenes to Craft Festival Cheltenham at the weekend!

I am very proud of them even if they haven't sold that well. They pretty much went as I planned, the five screen printed colours all lined up nicely and the colours showed up against the plywood.
