The new neighbour lady next door to me still lets her grandchildren (?) play in the backyard for hours, where they screech almost constantly, the kind of screech that runs down your spine like nails on a chalkboard. I am sorely tempted to put a speaker up on a pole pointing into their yard with a small automation system that detects that extremely high pitched screech and plays George Carlin's "Seven Words You Can Never Say on Television" at them.
I'm thinking she might take more of an interest then.
