Meine veganen Rezepte #3
Rührtofu ist für mich ein ideales Sonntagsgericht, wenn es nach dem Ausschlafen zu spät für Frühstück ist und ich noch keine Lust auf „richtiges“ Mittagessen habe. Es ist schnell und einfach zubereitet und schmeckt sehr gut. Ich halte mich dabei an das Rezept von Bianca Zapatka. Falls vorhanden, kann das mit Tomaten oder Räuchertofu variiert werden. Ich esse Rührtofu immer auf Brot.
Der Tofublock (Natur, 200g) wird zunächst mit einer Gabel zerdrückt. In einer Pfanne wird eine Zwiebel in etwas Pflanzenöl angebraten und der Tofu dazu gegeben. Nach einigen Minuten werden Hefeflocken (2 TL), Kurkuma (1/3 TL), etwas Paprikapulver und Pfeffer hinzugefügt sowie Soja-Joghurt (Natur, 75g). Zum Schluss kommt noch Kala Namak (Schwefelsalz, 1/2 TL) hinein und z. B. Petersilie.

Food for thought!
No matter where they come from, eating eggs is always unnatural. Because hens are laying way too many of them. Their bodies can’t handle it, and it shortens their lifespan.
The best choice is to give the eggs back to them as food, so they can regain some of their strength! Happy people, happy chickens. We don’t need eggs to be healthy, at all. But these modern chickens do. ❤️

Rührtofu, es ist so lecker. 🥰
Dieses Mal habe ich mich exakt an die Vorgaben im Rezept von Bianca Zapatka gehalten und Soja-Joghurt verwendet. Sonst nehme ich auch gern vegane Kochcreme. Nur die Tomaten habe ich dazugedichtet. 🤭
Der Rest vom Soja-Joghurt landet dann morgen früh im Müsli.
