Today's #cooking is a Lancish Scouse. A sort of fusion of those two great foreign powers of #Liverpool and #Lancashire.

The #recipe is mostly the flavours of a Lancashire #HotPot and the sensibilities and potatoes of a #Scouse. With #dumplings tops. We'll see how the self raising flour goes to make those.
