Scottish Widows have lost £75,000 of my money - money that was paid into part of a mortgage - they say they have paid it to me, and I have not received this. I have tried for the last week to get somebody to tell me what has happened and they are unable to confirm where they sent the money to and give me a BACS receipt or anything.
I would recommend NEVER trusting Scottish Widows with your money.
