My former MSP Ash Regan who defected from SNP to Alba, then from Alba to Independent after failed leadership bids has gone. She refused to face the electorate after each defection claiming to have a personal mandate. Very glad to have a SNP MSP again.

My wife's been talking to a Norwegian lady who's been staying with friends in Edinburgh and was surprised at the anti-English feeling there. Not a surprise to me, it's been around since the indyref. #Unionism in the UK doesn't have a great abundance of talent to choose from. Look at the Unionist leadership in #NI for example. If you think choosing between Ross and Sarwar is bad.
Imagine if your choice was as pitiful as that of #NI, between Jeffery Donaldson (weak & spineless), Doug Beattie (doesn't know what he stands for) and Jim Allister (bitter, twisted and a bigot. You may not like your choices but they could be worse!

Nicola Sturgeon has never faced the fact that Scotland had a referendum on Independence and the people of Scotland said "NO" - What Sturgeon wanted was to keep have referendums until she got the answer that she wanted then end them - that is no way to run a democracy!
