Update on the shortbread taste test. We’ve now demolished the Sainsbury’s Highland Shortbread pack. Both felt it was a bit dry. Martin found it a bit chunky. I liked that! Not too sweet. Which I remember really liking. Though it’s maybe a bit on the crisp side.
