I have been playing with #fonts for the front cover of Return of the Ripper, and I have found two that I really like.
The title text is set in GrandjeanPW. This one is inspired by the types of Philippe #Grandjean de Fouchy (1666β1714), a #French punchcutter and #type engraver.
The strapline is set in Dear Boss, a #typeface mimicing the handwriting in the "Dear Boss" letter received by #ScotlandYard in September 1888 and allegedly written by #JacktheRipper.
