Out walking this weekend in the wonderful and peaceful Hillfoots, around Hillfoot Hill which was a bit Mordor after some recent forestry harvesting and through the plantation forest to beautiful Dollar Glen. Castle Campbell was previously known as Castle Gloom, it's sandwiched between the Burn of Care and the Burn of Sorrow and rests next to Gloom Hill. I guess the name change was understandable.
