I started a third batch of #pepper sauce fermenting last night. Filled the jar 3/4 with whole peppers (mostly red thai fish peppers, with a few greens and 4 scotch bonnets) then cut it all up with half an onion, half a mango and a carrot. In a couple of months it will be food!

I also made the first batch of scotch bonnet fish pepper peach hot sauce. And the second, with carrots I forgot on the first one.
Super easy, just peach, onion, a million peppers and some brine. Sits and waits a month or so, then blend boil and eat.#hotsauce #peppers #growyourown #scotchbonnets #thaifishpepper (localish despite the name)

Chilli sauce day. 😋
This will keep me supplied for a while. Has a pretty mighty kick to it but nice taste too. 🔥 Scotch bonnet chillis with lime, pear and a few other odds and ends.
