    Small Business Alert if you have a small businesses out there, this may be helpful.

    If you have a US business and had income => $1K filing is a requirement.

    There is a US Govt requirement to file a Beneficial Owner Information Report (BOIR) also known as the Corporate Transparency Act. Here's a link for more info:
