on every street corner
near or far from home
there is a tiny tattered store
open every hour
run by a sagging man
with madcap hair
all he sells is Truth
whatever you desire
no cash accepted
and delivery included
only to your simpleminded,
ever watchful
phone -
in ships like starving sharks
they burst out from the crystal dark
on the trail of tv streams
to home, to planet Earththeir only goal
to block our simple dream
of poisoning the sharing stars
with Wealthwe faced the fight with broken swords
and yet more promises of stocks
our leaders fled like lords to Mars
to secret vaults, with diamomd lockswhere now they wait for better times

Close to the nebula the transmission became louder but not clearer:
