yeah, just got a notification that we @KAEEGoetheUni got a small grant to develop a tutorial session with a small research task: students will be tasked to identify elements of #HiddenCurriculum in our #STS study programme. It will be fun, and hopefully offering critical insight, to think about this between #HigherEducation studies and #ScienceAndTechnologyStudies.

Happily joining today University of Frankfurt am Main (aka Goethe Uni, GU) for a position to teach #anthropological #theory, #ethnographic #methods & #ScienceAndTechnologyStudies. My new academic base is GU's Institute of Cultural Anthropology & European Ethnology, @KAEEGoetheUni.

In 1985 I published a book that showed how resilient biological ideas abt male-female inequality were, even in the face of strong evidence to the contrary. So I realized I had to understand more about #scienceasculturalknowledge which led to a 20yr sojourn c/ #scienceandtechnologystudies. Now a young scholar is joining the fields; it makes me happy that as I finish up my work, their's continues.
