yesterday evening work with @EvoMRI on the @wdscholia instance on Toolforge. We noted that our main instance only shows half of the results, only @wikidata 'main' part. The 'scholarly' articles part are no longer there. That day has been pending.

it takes quite a bit of effort to update all the SPARQL queries (we have more than 300) to accommodate for the RDF graph split of @wikidata

this doi-lookup in #Wikidata uses citation.js
if i understand the source code correctly citation.js uses the MediaWiki-API and not any SPARQL-endpoint. So you can trust, if the doi is added, it would be found by #Scholia. -

oolonek reminded me how cool IDSM is (see https://doi.org/10.1186/s13321-021-00515-1) and works wonderfully in the rich chemistry SPARQL world (see https://doi.org/10.1186/1758-2946-3-15).
Here I mashed up @wikidata, IDSM, QLever, @cdk Depict, and Ammar Ammar's SNORQL UI, all open science

There is some urgency for this unpaid work, because Wikidata is splitting the RDF into two SPARQL endpoints (see [this The Signpost and this post by Finn)."
