What make a #ScholarlyJournal happy or unhappy?
Happy: "enjoy significant institutional support, face no issues finding qualified contributors for peer review in their field & are up to date on current issues in the field of scientific publishing."
Unhappy: "lack of institutional recognition & support, feeling of being at odds w/ approaches adopted by funding agencies, & feeling of being trapped in a cycle of burnout."
