🆔 Title: More Stress

Social Services have sent a letter stating that they need to see me for a second opinion, as if my doctor's statement that I cannot work wasn't sufficient, and they need to verify for themselves that I'm unable to work. They even included an all-day bus pass in the letter...
I'm not comfortable riding the bus because I struggle to be around people, as should have been made clear from my mental diagnoses. I get extremely anxious and pissy when I'm next to people, and I sometimes act out by moving away, have a scowl on my face while my mind races with traumatic thoughts causing panic and overwhelming stress upon me, which shows.
I'm just a bit frustrated right now because I dislike it when people don't take my issues seriously and think I can just get over it or that it's not a big deal.
The individuals who sent the letter are different from those who initially approved my benefits.

🆔 Title: Some Little Trauma Vent
🖋️ Author: RachelTheFictionkin (Me)
I swear... this is why I can't and probably... maybe... will never be able to have a job. At least not the most conventional jobs that involve being around people. I dislike most people and societies, and they tend to bring up topics in day-to-day conversations that make me feel ill or trigger a fight-or-flight response. A reason why I spend most of my time in my bedroom...
The PTSD I have from past verbal and physical abuse for my zoophilia among other things continues to creep up, even when I try to manage it. My mentality just cannot handle those who bring up paraphilia topics because the average person tends to treat those with such attractions as lowlifes, mocking them and showing disdain for human life, believing they should be segregated from the rest of society.
I don't want to go on too long with this rant, so let me quickly summarize what happened.
A friend on a friend's Discord server mentioned something about a feral dating game. The way he phrased it triggered something in my mind, causing it to race; I got a headache afterward that lasted about 10 minutes, and I had to fight back tears. I left that server after telling everyone it was better for my health to do so.
These feelings hit me so suddenly that I wasn't mentally prepared beforehand. I just... "sigh"... can't handle paratalk from common folk. Every time someone brings up zoophilia, pedophilia, necrophilia, sadism, or whatever, my body goes into code red, and my mind scrambles to figure out what to do in what seems like an innocent situation.
I do see a therapist, but she doesn't really help. I'm tired of changing therapists, though. I have borderline and schizotypal personality disorders. I may also be autistic, although I lack the funds to get that evaluated.
I just had a terrible experience, one of many. I just need a little time to get my head straight again.

A story of a woman who didn't know her brother was schizophrenic until he was an adult.
Do we, as a society, stigmatize others by using DSM-V mental diagnoses words as a replacement phrase for "mentally ill", or even worse, "crazy" or "insane"?
What if it were you or in your family?
