Feeling shitty today, enough that I don't have the spoons to make or have dinner. No meals today, except for the brownie I ate a little while ago.
I am a bit depressed still which makes it day 4 of mild depression. It has been over a year since I was last depressed, I feel kinda blindsided. Lamotrigine has done a good job of keeping mood symptoms at bay, but was only a matter of time for breakthrough symptoms to appear.
Today my therapist said there seems to be a pattern with her clients of feeling down coinciding with the change in weather to cooler more autumn-like weather recently. Seems reasonable, but i actually really like fall weather.
Another factor is that my depression began the day after I had a 12 hour day helping my 16yo buy his first car on Sunday. This really wore me down.
I will just remain hunkered down in bed for the rest of the afternoon/evening.
