Maybe a few new TV shows about tearing away decking to dig up gardens for 'lifestyle upgrade' reasons or simple food making at home for nutrition might cheeringly be fronted as close passes or hints about the real reasons for dereliction of duty by successive governments.
Food scarcity and other dangers such as pandemics will be the lead headlines of a much larger story of how greed and cultural complacency in governments became it's own source of failures, while the excuses for complete failures of duty to the nation will already be prepared.
