I scraped this recipe from a USA video on YouTube which I can no longer find. It's the most yummy Swedish-style rye sourdough ever. A guest house owner, two self-styled bread experts, a Danish friend and his family and the band I used to be in have all said it was the best bread they had ever tasted.
