Last night I spilled a quantity of near-boiling water on my hand (thanks to cat zoomies erupting near my feet) and while the floor varnish may never be the same, my hand just has a small smudge of tender pink skin this morning.
Thank God and good burn gel! (Burnshield Hydrogel/Protec Burn Gel - no commercial link, just a satisfied customer).
