All Democrats for. All Republicans against. No abstentions. If you had _any_ thoughts that local Republicans were any better, please jettison them. And the Republicans.
(Exemptions are made for undercover work and N-95 medical masking. I presume every Federal agent will suddenly find themselves fully invested in COVID-19 control. But that's still a lot less coverage than the full-face-plus-glasses covering they do now.)
