Der Pürierstab hat es gerichtet. Leider habe ich zuviel gemacht. Habe nur die Hälfte verbraucht.
Egal. Aus dem Rest mache ich mir zum Abendessen eine Bratwurstfrikadelle. Dazu wird es Kartoffeln und Rahmporree geben.
Insgesamt habe ich 4 #SausageRolls gemacht.
3 gehen in den Froster und eine gibt es jetzt. -
Schon jetzt ist klar zu sehen, dass die deutsche #Bratwurst als Basis für #SausageRolls nicht gut geeignet ist. Das Pellen ging einfach, aber das Innere ist viel zu fest. Mal den #Pürierstab bemühen. Hoffe es klappt.

Ich kann hier in Deutschland natürlich für die typischen #SausageRolls nicht auf die normalerweise verwendeten Zutaten zugreifen. Ich werde dafür Thüringer Bratwurst auseinandernehmen und verwenden. Ich hoffe das klappt, so wie ich mir das vorstelle. 🙈

First batch of caramelised onion sausage rolls done.
Mr first time cooking them in an air fryer too.
Can confirm they're delicious. The first 4 (2nd pic) were the test batch... Forgot to egg wash them.
Second batch almost done, they take about 12 mins to cook.
Next week a pork & apple variety.

one of our #drifters is making a break for it... in the middle of the Strait - hoping it will turn south again.
