Reginaldo Sandoval pide reactivar exportaciones agrícolas de Michoacán y alerta crisis entre productores de agave
El diputado federal Reginaldo Sandoval Flores pidió al gobierno federal intervenir para restablecer las exportaciones agrícolas de Michoacán hacia Estados Unidos y alertó sobre una posible crisis para más de 50 mil familias productoras de agave por la caída de precios.

El coordinador del Grupo Parlamentario del Partido del Trabajo (PT) en la Cámara de Diputados, Reginaldo Sandoval Flores, pidió al gobierno federal agilizar las negociaciones con autoridades de Estados Unidos para restablecer las exportaciones agrícolas de Michoacán, ante el impacto económico que enfrenta la cadena productiva del campo estatal.
El legislador señaló que la suspensión o limitación del comercio agrícola afecta a productores, propietarios de tierras, empacadores y familias que dependen de estas actividades en distintos municipios de la entidad.
Sandoval Flores afirmó que, si las restricciones comerciales están relacionadas con condiciones de seguridad, las autoridades deben establecer mecanismos que permitan proteger al personal involucrado y garantizar la continuidad de las exportaciones.
Aguacate michoacano, pieza clave del comercio con Estados Unidos
El diputado petista explicó que el aguacate representa uno de los principales productos agrícolas de exportación de Michoacán y recordó que la entidad aporta entre 80 y 90 por ciento del aguacate que llega al mercado estadounidense.
Ante la relevancia económica del producto, consideró necesario que el gobierno federal mantenga comunicación permanente con las autoridades estadounidenses para resolver diferencias y evitar afectaciones prolongadas a los productores mexicanos.
La actividad aguacatera representa una de las principales fuentes de ingresos para comunidades rurales de Michoacán y mantiene una amplia cadena económica que incluye cultivo, cosecha, empaque, transporte y comercialización.
Productores de agave enfrentan caída de precios
En otro tema, Reginaldo Sandoval Flores alertó sobre la situación que atraviesan productores de agave debido al desplome en el precio de la materia prima y la falta de compradores.
El legislador sostuvo que más de 50 mil familias productoras podrían enfrentar dificultades económicas por la reducción del valor del agave y cuestionó el papel del Consejo Regulador del Tequila, al considerar que una organización privada concentra decisiones que impactan a miles de agricultores.
Expuso que los productores requieren mayor acompañamiento institucional para enfrentar las condiciones actuales del mercado y garantizar mejores condiciones de comercialización.
Pide vigilancia sobre industria tequilera
El coordinador del GPPT solicitó la intervención de distintas dependencias federales para fortalecer la supervisión de la producción, comercialización y calidad del tequila.
Llamó a la Secretaría de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural (Sader), la Secretaría de Economía, la Secretaría de Salud, la Comisión Federal para la Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios (Cofepris), la Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (Profeco) y el Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) a reforzar las acciones de vigilancia.
El objetivo, indicó, debe ser evitar prácticas irregulares, proteger a los consumidores y garantizar que el tequila cumpla con los estándares establecidos.
Propone empresa pública para apoyar a productores
Sandoval Flores afirmó que el mercado del tequila beneficia principalmente a grandes empresas y sostuvo que existe una concentración de la industria en pocas compañías, varias de ellas con capital extranjero.
Ante este escenario, planteó analizar la creación de una empresa tequilera pública que permita respaldar a productores nacionales, mejorar sus condiciones de participación en la cadena de valor y fortalecer la presencia del campo mexicano en esta industria. –sn–

Estos canales están codificados con BISS. Desconecto el receptor y pruebo con un GTMedia Nova, bastante mas antiguo. Pero este tiene AutoBISS y me los abre perfectamente. 🙃

В прошлых статьях я разбирал линейное и целочисленное программирование: PuLP, OR-Tools, pyomo, задачи о назначениях, коммивояжёра, раскрой, генерацию столбцов. Здесь рассмотрим немного иной подход: выполнимость булевой формулы, она же SAT. С одной стороны, это фундамент теории NP-полноты. С другой, вполне рабочий инструмент, который на чисто комбинаторных задачах нередко обходит классические MIP-солверы. Дальше по плану: что такое SAT, как устроены алгоритмы, позволяющие солверам тянуть сотни тысяч переменных, как с этим работать из PySAT и какие солверы он даёт. В финале решим прикладную оптимизационную задачу через MaxSAT. Кому пригодится: тем, кто занимается математической оптимизацией или ML-инженерам, как ещё один инструмент в своем наборе. Если вы отвечаете за процессы, то в примерах, возможно, узнаете знакомые сюжеты: ручные расписания, подбор совместимых комплектаций, дележ дефицитного ресурса. Всё это неплохо ложится на SAT.

Когда всё решает «да» или «нет»: SAT-солверы и оптимизация в PySAT
В предыдущих работах я много писал про линейное и целочисленное программирование (PuLP, OR-Tools, pyomo), про задачи о назначениях, коммивояжёра, раскрой и генерацию столбцов. Сегодня сделаю шаг в соседнюю, но удивительно мощную область: удовлетворение булевой формулы (SAT). Это тот самый фундамент, на котором стоит вся теория NP-полноты, и одновременно крайне практичный инструмент, который иногда «уделывает» классические MIP-солверы на комбинаторных задачах. Разберём, что такое SAT, какие алгоритмы заставляют современные солверы переваривать миллионы переменных, познакомимся с библиотекой PySAT и доступными через неё солверами, а в финале решим прикладную оптимизационную задачу с помощью MaxSAT. Материал будет полезен специалистам по математической оптимизации и ML-инженерам, которым нужен ещё один инструмент в портфеле. А управленцы и владельцы процессов, возможно, узнают в примерах свою боль: ручное составление расписаний, конфигурирование заказов, распределение ограниченного ресурса - всё это аккуратно ложится на SAT и считается за секунды.
